Hi, I have extensive experience with little people, which started with my own nephews. I hadn't known how to be around kids, but quickly learned that they love physical comedy and general silliness more than anything. I have been known to leave a movie theater with a bored kid to go smash snow chunks in the parking lot. Way more fun! Yes, I am an old lady, but I feel like a kid inside. I get them. They get me. I am a gently stern, caregiver. I prefer to give choices rather than commands. I have worked with premature twins, autistic kids and kids with ADD. I am a fellow ADDer, so can understand that challenges and triumphs of this syndrome. To sum it up, I adore the little people and would love an opportunity to hang out with yours.

We are so lucky to have found Hayley to help us take care of our 3 month old. They bonded instantly and she has been a dedicated and thoughtful caregiver ever since. As first-time parents we also learned a lot from her about infant development. She's always on time and totally focused on baby from the moment she arrives until she leaves. They sing songs, play outside, try new toys, take fun baths in addition to all the feeding and changing and naps. Can't say enough good things about her!
