About Billie

Hi, my name is Billie and I am 19 years old. I absolutely adore kids and I want to work with adolescents in my career. But, caring for children is more than just a job for me. I have two years of experience caring for children aged 1-5 and I am comfortable caring for two children at a time. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoors, board games, and educational activities. My coursework in Early Child Development has given me a solid foundation in child care. I wrote and taught lessons to preschool students. I taught things like colors, counting, writing/drawing, and most importantly fine motor skills. All of my lessons were fun and engaging for the children. I do not have my drivers license but I am working on getting it ASAP. I will always have a reliable way to get to wherever I need to be and on time regardless.
