About Hayley

Hi! My name is Hayley, and I've been working with children for over six years in a variety of settings, from babysitting to working as a toddler teacher at an early childhood education center and as a nanny/travel nanny. Throughout my experience, I've had the opportunity to care for children of different ages while helping them learn, grow, and have fun! I've also taken college courses in child development, which have given me a deeper understanding of how to support children through every stage. I would describe myself as nurturing, patient, dependable, and full of positive energy. My goal is always to create a warm, supportive environment where children feel loved, heard, and confident to be themselves. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your children, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I strive to build strong relationships with both children and parents through open communication, reliability, and genuine care!
