Hi! My name is U'niya and I am currently enrolled at UNM. I am a nursing major and I plan on becoming a pediatric nurse. I have 3 years of professional childcare experience, including working youth programs at the YMCA and nannying. Before this I would help my mom with kids she would babysit while taking care of us. I have primarily worked with children ages 0-6 years old. However, for the past two summers I have worked the summer camp at the YMCA. In this program I was with youth who were in elementary and middle school. I see childcare as a rewarding experience, one of my favorite things is to see them blossom into their own person as they grow. I look forward to hearing from you!
