About Hayley

My name is Hayley I live in the Colonial Heights area and I am a licensed CNA with 12 years of experience providing compassionate, person-centered care across skilled rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, home health, and outpatient settings. I hold an Associate Degree in Health Sciences and Occupational Therapy, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. I currently work 32 hours per week in an outpatient physical therapy clinic and am looking for some additional work. I enjoy working with older adults and helping them feel safe, respected, supported, and encourage as much independence as possible. My experience has given me a strong understanding of both the physical and emotional needs of individuals who may need additional assistance with daily activities, companionship, mobility, and care coordination. I am dependable, compassionate, and attentive to each person's individual needs and preferences.
