About Harper

I am a business student at the University of Arkansas with past nanny experience. I am looking for a job and loved to nanny and building relationships with the kids and parents at so much. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, productive, and optimistic. I like working with kids because through past nannying and a lot of volunteer opportunities around kids, I have learned how amazing they are to be around. I always looked up to the people around me when I was younger, and love the idea of being that for others. I started working with kids when I was 16 years old and continued with the same family up until I was 18. Although, I have had other babysitting jobs in the past starting around age 14. I also would volunteer at kids camps (primarily through my highschool sports) starting around age 14 as well which gave me a lot of experience. My skills include time management (especially important when kids need to be taken to any activities), patience, and supervisory skills.
