About Caydence

I am a people person and I am good with children. I have 3 little siblings at the ages of 6, 9, and 11. My skills include reasoning, solving conflict, and valuing others no matter their faults. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, selfless, and hardworking. I like working with kids because they make me happy and I want to be able to bring something to their lives that they remember with happy heart. I'm looking for a job that brings value and purpose to my life while also being able to help others. I started working with kids when I was very young because I took care of my younger siblings and other family members. In my spare time, I like to hangout with my friends, play tennis, read, spend time with my family, and swim. One thing you should know about me is I was adopted at 13 so I have a lot of compassion for all kinds of families no matter what stage of life. My skills include resolving conflict, entertaining children, and providing structure as needed.
