About Eden

Hi I'm Eden! I've helped with kids since I was very young, watching babies in the nursery at church as soon as I was old enough. As I got into high school, I did babysitting, and in adulthood I briefly worked for a daycare that accepted children with special needs, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. In recent years, I've enjoyed spending as much time as I can with my partner's niece and nephews. I love kids, and would love to be able to do work that makes a direct positive impact on people's lives. I'd describe my personality as empathetic, considerate, and creative. I like working with kids because I like feeling as though I've made a helpful difference in someone's life, whether that be the child's or the parents'. I started working with kids when I was in 6th grade, helping out with the younger children and babies at church. In my spare time, I like to read and write. One thing you should know about me is I value learning and creativity.
