About Harmony

Growing up as an only child, I learned early how powerful guidance, stability, and encouragement can be in a child's life. My passion for working with children is also deeply influenced by my grandmother, who dreamed of becoming a 1st grade teacher but was unable to finish her education because of financial barriers. Her determination and love for learning continue to inspire me to carry that legacy forward. I served as a Safekey Program Lead for the City of North Las Vegas for 1 yr , where I oversaw daily program operations, supported students' academic and social growth, and built strong, trusting relationships with families. Before that, beginning my work experience at SkyZone at age 14 taught me responsibility, patience, and how to engage with children in energetic, fast-paced environments. These experiences strengthened my commitment to creating supportive, safe, and uplifting spaces where every child feels valued and encouraged to grow
