About Harley

My name is Harley. I am a L1MA-, CPR-, and Red Cross First Aid-certified caregiver with three years of professional experience as a full-time Direct Support Professional. I specialize in supporting adults with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities (including Autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome), as well as seniors managing Dementia and Alzheimer's disease. My caregiving journey began at age 12 while assisting with my great-grandfather's hospice care. More recently, my commitment deepened when my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Because of this, I treat every client with the same love, respect, and high-quality care I give my own family. I describe my personality as kind, reliable, and patient. I am fully trained in providing dignified personal care-including toileting, showering, grooming, and meal preparation-alongside complex clinical tasks like colostomy care and oxygen management.
