I'm a caring, patient, and responsible childcare provider with over 4 years of experience working with children. I have 3 years of experience caring for children in different settings and over 1 year working as an ABA therapist, supporting children with emotional regulation, routines, and positive behavior. My background in ABA has helped me develop strong skills in patience, observation, structure, and safety, as well as understanding each child's individual needs. I'm experienced with daily routines such as meals, playtime, transitions, and creating a calm and nurturing environment. I take my role seriously and always prioritize a child's well-being, comfort, and emotional safety. I communicate clearly with parents and follow their preferences and routines closely. I'm reliable, attentive, comfortable around pets, and truly enjoy caring for children and helping them feel safe and supported.
