About Jen

Hi! I'm Jen -- a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over 20 years of experience working with children. I've spent the past four years supporting students in elementary special education, helping them strengthen academic, social, and behavioral skills through individualized support. Before that, I was a preschool teacher for 17 years, giving me a strong foundation in early learning and child development. I'm not a certified teacher, but my hands-on experience and behavioral background allow me to adapt lessons, build confidence, and make learning engaging and accessible for each child. I offer academic support in reading, writing, and math at the elementary level, with a patient and encouraging approach.
