About Hannah

Making a positive impact on people's lives is what drives me as a caregiver. For the past six years, I've been dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I'm patient, compassionate, and approachable, and I believe in understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I provide respite care, transportation, hospice services, and assistance with errands and shopping. My experience also includes home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I have some college education, CPR training, and First Aid certifications. I look forward to bringing my experience and caring nature to your family.
