About Hannah

There honestly is not a time in my life that I can remember well not looking after kids. My younger sisters were born when I was 7 and 8 years old. I worked on horse stables since the age of 14, where I was routinely in charge of teaching young children safety and helped out with riding lessons. By the time I was 16, I began helping run summer day camps, where I was in charge of groups of children, ages ranging from 5-12. I also formed relationships with some of the children and their parents and began babysitting for a couple families. I also volunteered at the Family Literacy Center in Manville, RI. In college, I worked as an Early Childhood Education Intern at an Early Learning Program designed for children ages 1-5 through the Leahy Center for Lake Champlain in Burlington, Vermont. I love learning from kids as we figure out tasks together and watching their young minds work. Watching their growth as they learn important skills is the most rewarding work I have ever done.
