About Ermania

Hi everyone, my name is Ermania and I have over three years of experience working with children in daycare, and also in behavioral center with autism kids. Caing for kids is something I genuinely love. I enjoy creating a warm, safe space where children feel comfortable, happy, and free to be themselves. I'm naturally patient, attentive, and very caring, and I always try to understand each child's personality and needs. Whether it's helping with daily routines, playing, or comforting them, I'm fully present. Working with children brings me joy, and I take pride in building trust with both kids and parents while supporting their growth every day.
