About Hanna

Whether you have a bookish child or a little ball of energy, I would love to bring my experience and warmth to your family. I have a background in education where I worked with kids ages 4-14, including kids with ADHD and autism. I am passionate about creating an environment where kids feel safe and encouraged to be themselves. My classroom experience means I'm comfortable caring for larger groups, though I prefer smaller groups. I hold a college degree, and in addition to English, I speak Spanish, Italian, and Russian, and I would love to introduce or practice these in a fun, age-appropriate way. I can also help with tutoring in reading, writing, and math. If your child loves to read, we will definitely get along- I always have kid-friendly book recs ready. I enjoy outdoor play and have a background in dance for kids who love to move. I'm a confident cook with healthy recipes, can help with light housework, and have a car and driver's license for pickups and activities.
