I employed Hanan to be part of a team of caregivers to provide 24/7 in home care for an elderly woman with dementia who eventually became non ambulatory, incontinent, unable to fully communicate, and finally just recently passed away. Hanan is very knowledgeable, experienced, competent, organized, and very kind, caring, patient, and compassionate. She is also a real team player on providing care required and is cool under pressure in handling unexpected and sometimes emergency situations. I wholeheartedly recommend her to provide caregiving for anyone and especially those in home with challenges such as dementia.
