About Halle

I have 2 years experience working as a lead teacher at a preschool and have been babysitting for 10+ years . I have always loved children but found my passion when working as a teacher. I often got asked what my favorite thing was at my job and my answer has always been growing close with the children. Learning the little things about each of them, for example how each kid likes to be soothed to sleep, what foods they like and dislike, their favorite songs and books. Working with children is truly the most rewarding job! Actives I enjoy doing with children include, lots of arts and crafts that help with fine motor skills. Going on walks and playing outside to help with gross motor skills. Reading and learning activities. And always lots of creative playing! The most important part about being a nanny is adapting to each child's wants and needs. A child's safety and happiness is the most important thing to me.
