About Halia

I am a caregiver with 10+ years of experience working with children from infancy through school age. I also run a nanny agency and am currently in school, continuing my focus on child development and family support. My caregiving style is inspired by a life-skills and "learn through real life" approach, where children are included in daily routines rather than separated into constant entertainment. I enjoy cooking and baking with kids, simple meal prep, organizing and tidying spaces together, laundry help, gardening, walks, errands like grocery trips, and hands-on household activities. I also incorporate reading, outdoor exploration, crafts, and sensory play. I focus on fostering independence, confidence, and cooperation by involving children in meaningful work and daily rhythms. I bring a calm, structured, and attentive presence and work best in environments that value connection through contribution and real-life learning.
