I contacted Haley recently regarding part time care for my daughters, she responded that she might be able to help and then went silent on me. I contacted her few days later to see if she's available but she didn't even bother to respond. Very unprofessional! I don't appreciate having my time wasted like that. If you can't help just say so but don't ignore people after telling them you might be able to help.
