In hopes of finding a caregiver for my 9 year old niece we attempted to connect with Cadence Candence had applied to our job. After numerous attempts to connect with her she stopped communication abruptly without warning. We wouldn't consider Cadence to be a "reliably committed" candidate to be a caregiver. We didn't hire her.
