I'd describe my personality as safe, caring, decisive I like working with kids because I've found I can sustain a calm, safe, and friendly environment while tending to the needs of parents. I'm looking for a job that can help me connect and build lasting relationships with families and parents to build a good reputation for myself. I've worked extensively with elementary grade students who have cognitive disabilities, behavioral aide, and students suffering through trauma. In my spare time, I like to study, I'm currently a student focusing my major in finance, and managing portfolios One thing you should know about me is my good ability to build strong lasting relationships with kids and families. My skills include patience, problem solving/intervention, and compassion. Patience because every kid needs patience to be able to be understood. Problem solving because it allows me to address challenges that may arise. Compassion because it'll help me provide comfort and support.
