About Hailey

Hi there! My name is Hailey , and I'm a Human Biology major at UC Davis with plans to pursue a career in medicine. Caring for others has always been a big part of who I am. As an older sister, I've spent years helping care for my younger siblings and cousins, which has taught me patience and responsibility. I also worked as a swim instructor at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools, where I prioritized children's safety from ages 11 months-12 years keeping lessons engaging, encouraging, and enjoyable. Through this experience, I learned how to build trust with both children and parents while adapting to each child's unique personality and needs. I love bringing positive energy wherever I go and enjoy staying active, doing crafts, playing games, helping with homework, and finding creative ways to keep kids entertained. My goal is always to provide dependable, compassionate care so parents can feel confident that their children are in good hands. I look forward to getting to know your family!
