About Hailey

As someone who has worked with kids in a number of settings for years, I truly love getting to help out with children in all aspects. I have been babysitting since I was 14 and recently worked as a tech in a pediatric ICU and children's psychiatric unit. I like to believe I've developed a knack for getting any kid engaged and smiling! I believe patience and kindness are the best practices for working with kids and their parents and find so much joy in new, creative activities! Open communication is very important to me so that every families' needs are respected and kiddos are happy and safe. I am very familiar with enforcing rules and boundaries and enjoy keeping kids engaged with off screen activities. I work with all age ranges and am proficient in CPR and first aid for all ages, as well as safe play practices.
