About Hailey

Hello I'm Hailey. I've been watching after kids for years now. I started babysitting at 14. Not even a year after that I started helping my church with the kids ministry working with infants/ toddlers and then 1st-5th grade, and did that for a few years. I am now 24 years old and have been working consistently with the kids at 10gym for the past 6 months ranging from newborns-11 years old. There's just something about being around kids that just brings me joy. I was a full time server for the past couple of years where I learned how to better my multitasking skills, patience, and communication while maintaining under stress with an upbeat positive attitude. Most my friends have kids all between the ages of newborn- 6, and I'm always their go to person to trust their kids with. Whether or not it's for a couple hours or overnight. Honestly I'd love to just get back into this field full time because this field is where my passion is.
