About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey, and I'm a 21-year-old college student pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Public Health. I have over a year of babysitting experience and more than 1 yr 5+ months of professional experience working with children with autism as a Behavior Technician. Through my work, I've learned how to support communication, encourage independence, follow routines, and use positive reinforcement. I understand the importance of being patient, consistent, and adapting to each child's needs. I love finding fun and creative ways to keep kids engaged while helping them learn and grow. I'm caring, kind, patient, and creative, and I love getting to know each child's unique personality.
