About Alani

Hii!! My name is Alani! I'm a Biology student on the pre-med track, aspiring to become a pediatric surgeon. I've worked with children for 3 years and genuinely love what I do! I was born and raised in LA and have previously worked with families in your area! I have experience caring for children with ADHD and autism, and I believe every child deserves patience, understanding, and individualized care. I'm energetic, creative, and hands-on! I love arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, swimming, biking, and sports! As a former basketball and volleyball player, I'm always ready for fun. I also love finding creative ways to keep kiddos engaged and off their iPads! My favorite part of childcare is building meaningful relationships, learning each child's personality, and watching them grow. I want to be someone your children feel safe, loved, and excited to spend time with! I'd love to connect and learn more about your family!
