About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as caring, passionate, and analytical. I like tutoring because when I was in elementary school I really struggled with school, but sometime around third grade I had a tutor that turned me all the way around. I would really love to be that person for another student. I'm looking for a job that allows me to have somewhat flexible hours and allows me to really connect with whoever I'm working with. I started tutoring when I was in middle school, I was a peer tutor for science, writing, history, and mathematics. In my spare time, I really enjoy knitting and reading. One thing you should know about me is that I have extensive experience with kids, specifically with learning disabilities. I have four younger siblings. Through helping my siblings with their coursework I've found ways to better help kids with dyslexia, autism, mild to severe ADHD, and dysgraphia. My skills include an ability to connect, motivate, and stay patient
