About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey, I'm 25 and a graduate student living in Brooklyn. I have over 10 years of paid experience, as well as experience from being the oldest of seven siblings. I have been regularly babysitting for the past 10 years, have been a camp counselor and helped run after school programs. I'm also comfortable helping with light cleaning, laundry, and cooking. Building trust and creating a safe, fun environment for kids is very important to me. I'm currently in grad school studying Chinese medicine and acupuncture, so I bring a calm, grounded presence into everything I do. I've cared for children of all ages, including those with special needs such as ADHD, autism and down syndrome. I pride myself on being adaptable, patient, and great at meeting kids where they're at.
