About Luis

Hi! My name is Luis, I'm 27 years old, and I'm an experienced, reliable caregiver looking to become a full-time nanny. I've been working with children since I was 17, and even before that I grew up helping my mom and family run daycare programs. I spent 8 years working for a nonprofit, supporting kids from kindergarten through 12th grade in after-school programs, and later worked 2 years as a Teacher Assistant. I'm currently a full-time Teacher Assistant, certified in First Aid, and I also help with after-school programming. Most of my experience is with elementary-aged children and younger. I love cooking, staying active through sports, and making sure kids get plenty of outdoor time. I'm also planning to return to school online to earn my teaching degree.
