Hello! My name is Hailey. I am a dedicated and compassionate caregiver with a strong passion for providing high-quality care. I hold a bachelor's degree in biology and have extensive hands-on experience in healthcare settings. Most recently, I worked as a primary caregiver for an 85-year-old man, gaining significant experience in senior care. I have also worked as an EMT in NYC, where I developed strong skills in high-pressure situations. Additionally, I have experience in dementia respite care, which has deepened my understanding of the unique needs of elderly individuals, including those with memory-related challenges.
