About Hailey

Hey! I'm Hailey. I'm extremely passionate about working with children, helping them reach milestones and have fun! I love doing reading, arts and crafts, worksheets, going to the park, going on walks, playing pretend, and more! I've worked with neurodivergent and neurotypical children. I worked as a 1:1 paraprofessional in a special needs school, gaining experience with a wide age range that had TBIs, autism, and a variety of disabilities. I have experience with non ambulatory children, non verbal, children that use AAC devices, signs, switches and more. As for the younger age range, (5 months-6 years) I have experience with bottle-feeding, starting solids (with soft foods/purées), solids, burping, diaper changes, screenless activities that still encourage development and growth, packing diaper bags and more daily needs of neurotypical and neurodivergent little ones. I'd love to see if I could fit into anyone's beautiful family and help out as needed! (:
