Hailey interviewed with us over video chat, but never called and I had to reach out to her to conduct the interview which caused the interview to be later than the scheduled time. The interview seemed to go fine, and she claimed that she wanted multiple shifts of ours once she moved back in the area for school. However, she never took the next steps to fill out the electronic hiring paperwork. I called her, texted her, and messaged her here on Care.com. She never responded at all in any way, and could even see that she viewed me message here on Care.com
