The first day we hired Hailey to try her out she called the morning of and cancelled. I thought anyone can have an off day. We hired her again for several days when my husband and I were going to be out if town. When I tried to reach her she did not respond because she was doing a previous job which was all consuming. When she did contact us (the day before we were going out of town) she said "I can no longer offer any services to you." If she would have told me earlier that she couldn't come the days when we were going out of town I might have been able to hire someone else. But because she told me the evening before we were going out of town we were without any care for my mom. Hailey is very nice but I would not recommend her.
