About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, nurturing, and friendly! I like working with kids because I enjoy watching them learn and grow while creating positive connections. I also want to be an elementary teacher! I'm looking for a job that helps me utilize my childcare skills to create a safe and exciting environment for children. I have babysat for families since I was 11. During all three years of high school, I worked in the preschool as a teacher aide and completed the early elementary career pathway. In my spare time, I like to hangout with my friends and family. I enjoy playing games, being outdoors, and reading. One thing you should know about me is I'm currently a student at Utah State University and am majoring in elementary education. I love being around children which is why I want to be a teacher. My skills include patience, effective communication, and adaptability.
