About Jasmine

I am a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I majored in Elementary Education and double minored in English and French. During my college years, I worked as a math interventionist for three years for grades K5-3. I love working with children and I believe that the key to success for them is to build strong, trusting relationships with the adults around them. Although I have worked mostly with grades K5-3 , I am comfortable with infants and toddlers and I have experience with adolescents as well. I have worked with them during a Summer school program. I have 5 younger siblings, the youngest being 7 and the oldest being 23. My passion for working in an environment with kids is what lead me to want to become a teacher. I'm looking to help families who are in need of a summer care and/or babysitter for events such as date night, weddings, etc.

We hired Jasmine to fill in when our regular sitter was not available. She was amazing to come in at the last minute and be flexible with our schedule. She was great with our 18 month old son and he immediately warmed up to her. She took him on walks, read him books, and was very attentive to him. We would definitely hire her again!
