About Hailey

As a seasoned childcare professional with a decade of experience, I find immense joy in nurturing and educating children. My journey began with babysitting, where I discovered my passion for positively impacting young lives. I have over 10 years of experience caring for children of various ages, including 2 years as a full time nanny starting with the infant when she was 2 months old. I also nannied for 3 children aged 4 through 8 while I completed my bachelors at Appalachian State University. My caring nature, coupled with my patient and friendly demeanor, makes me an approachable and trustworthy caregiver. My approach to childcare is holistic, encompassing both physical and mental development. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational activities that stimulate their minds. I hold a college degree and have undergone comprehensive training in First Aid and CPR.
