About Hailey

I have experience caring for individuals with dementia at Maple Valley Memory Care, where I learned the importance of patience, compassion, and meeting people where they are. My passion for caregiving began at home, helping care for my grandfather who had Parkinson's. That experience taught me how to support others with dignity, empathy, and a deep understanding of the challenges families face. I strive to create comfort, connection, and trust in every interaction. I love caregiving and can't wait to help your family :)
