Hi, I am an experienced caregiver with over 10 years of experience in both companion caregiving and household management. I have worked for Memory care facilities, private family in-home care, live in care, Multi family households, and senior centers. I love what I do and the families I meet along the way! I specialize in dementia, Alzheimer and Parkinson's care. My Experience includes: redirecting, meal prep, meal planning, grocery shopping, medication prompting, medication refills, showering, feeding, errands, transportation, appointments. Some of my best qualities are being dependable, flexible, reliable, compassionate, friendly, patient & a good communicator. I have a degree in family and consumer science, personal training and group fitness as well as CPR certified.
