About Hailee

I'd describe my personality as fun, empathetic and creative. I like working with kids because the way they see the world is inspiring, fearless, and full of wonder! Being around them can inspire those same perspectives, and challenge how we often view life and its obstacles. I started working with kids when I was a teenager, and got my first childcare job once I graduated high school. I've been working with children ever since, over eight years, as a nanny, elementary and preschool teacher! In my spare time, I like to cook, go on walks, hang with friends, write, and watch movies! I operate very sensitively and empathetically. I seek to understand children and their experiences, giving them an opportunity to discover the "why" behind their behavior, and find their best mode of support. I strive to help them discover what it is they need in difficult moments, while also teaching healthy ways of coping and responding to stress. My skills include patience, creativity and empathy.
