I am currently working at Banner Baywood Medical Center! I have been working there for a year soon to be a little more! The unit I am on has educated me on so much from simple daily care all the way to hospice care! I have learned many tasks such as peri, oral and hygiene care, foley care, ambulation to patients ability, tidying rooms, full care patient bed changes, taking vitals and much more! I am looking for a more personal position to be able to get to know families/patients who would more of a connection then a new caregiver/cna every 12 hours !
