Hello my name is Hadiya. I've been working with kids since I was 12 and I enjoy engaging in extracurricular activities that stimulate the mind and body. If it's nice outside I take the kids out to play. I started off working in my grandmothers daycare and as I got older I started babysitting for my moms friends. Over the last few years, I've worked primarily with infants and toddlers, but I love kids of all ages. In my free time I love cooking. I have no problem assisting with meal prep. I'm very comfortable with pets I've had a few of my own. I also have my own transportation so it wouldn't be an issue getting to you and assisting with errands. I understand that due to COVID that you may have some concerns about your children's safety but I am more than prepared to follow the safety guidelines put in place. Hadiya was hired as a mother's helper to assist with my 2 older girls while I cared for my newborn. She was great. I would do a disservice to her if I didn't try to help her improve. With that being said, there was a set time I needed her. She asked me if she could come in later BC of traffic. I agreed to this, but I think if it was any other job that she applied for, she would've came in at the desired time for the position. There were several mornings when she still arrived later than the time she asked could she come. I know I should've talked with her BC it continued to happen. There was one other incident that involved her nephew. I agreed to letting her bring him one day; however, it turned into her putting together a bike for him which took an hour. I basically had to watch my girls while she put the bike together. She asked could he come for that day, but she brought him two more days without asking for my permission. She's a good worker. I should've communicated better.
