About Melissa

I got into childcare 5 years ago and honestly love being around kids and I feel very lucky for having a job that I'm truly passionate about. My goal later down the line is to open up my own daycare. I try to limit their time on the tv, tablets , etc and have them do hand on activities. I've worked for all kinds of families. I have no problem with pets, I have 3 dogs of my own. I know how important it is for parents to feel safe and secure with their child care, and I'm committed to earning your trust and confidence. I worked in the daycare field for about 3 years. Started off as an assistant teacher and worked my way up to management. I love meeting parents of the children I worked with and getting to know them better. I am currently working over night in a group home taking care of elderly disabled clients. I understand the patience and love you need to take care of everyone
