About Gwen

From the moment Gwen joined our lives, she became an essential part of our care team—and truly, a part of our family. With her warm, friendly, and caring nature, she instantly put us all at ease. Most importantly, my mom, who suffers from memory loss, quickly formed a close bond with Gwen. Their friendship was immediate and genuine, which meant the world to all of us. Gwen showed incredible patience and understanding in supporting my mom’s specific needs. Whether it was helping with meals, guiding her through daily routines, or gently reminding her of the little things that memory loss can so easily take away, Gwen handled everything with compassion, grace, and attentiveness. Her calm demeanor brought comfort and stability to my mom’s day-to-day life. Even off the clock, Gwen was always responsive and available, never hesitating to take a call or offer help when something came up unexpectedly. She brought fresh ideas to my mom’s care while honoring the routines that helped her feel secure and grounded. When the time came to move my mom into an assisted living facility, Gwen was right there beside us. Her support during that transition was invaluable—emotionally, practically, and in every way we needed. Gwen is truly one in a million. We feel incredibly blessed to have had her in our lives, and she will forever be considered part of our family. I am deeply grateful for the care, kindness, and unwavering support she gave us—and most of all, my mom.
