About Gustiany

I can’t recommend Gustiany highly enough!! Gustiany was our first regular sitter and she worked with my 4.5 y/o twin boys for almost 6 months, sitting with them just under 20 hours a week. Gustiany is incredibly intelligent, empathetic, flexible, responsible, trustworthy, and has a quiet confidence and calm that my boys really responded to. And it’s not easy to care for two boisterous boys. What I always appreciated about her is that when she came in to shadow me and learn the ropes, she really paid attention to the way we did things and immediately made our parenting and care style her own. She was always punctual and dependable. And by dependable, when we were running late, or we needed her for more time, she would do whatever she could to accommodate us. On the flip side, I also mean that any infrequent, reasonable/normal changes she needed to make to her schedule, she always gave us reasons and ample notice to change gears. Gustiany was also great at managing their schedules: pickups, activities, dinner, baths, bedtimes, etc. She’s got a ton of great experience at a young age, and also helped us figure out the best ways to do things (“Why don’t you create a Google calendar for all of us to share?” - this is a very good idea, btw). She goes with the flow too, like when things I planned for the boys didn’t work, she made decisions on what was best for them when needing to do something different. If she had questions, she always asked us what we thought she should do, but I always trusted her decisions if I didn’t get back to her in time. She also sent us reasonably frequent updates on how the boys were doing. You should hire her before you miss out! She’ll always be our first call if we need care for our boys. Thanks Gustiany!!
