I'd describe my personality as compassionate, funny, reliable. My mother was diagnosed with dementia 11 years ago. It has been quite the education understanding the needs of the patient and the stages of dementia over the last several years. As I have been on this journey, I have realized there are so many other families in the same situation as myself. I recently retired from a 32 year career in Law Enforcement and would like to help other families in need of caring for their loved ones. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and that affords me to supplement my income. I would like to help families in need. I started caring for seniors when my mother was diagnosed with dementia 11 years ago. In my spare time, I like to go for walks, day trips, spending time with family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I am reliable and trustworthy. My skills Include companionship, meal prep and light housekeeping.
