About Greta

I'd describe my personality as bright, welcoming and gentle. I like working with kids because kids are so new at life, so fun to see the world through their eyes! I'm looking for a job that will help me get out of bed with a smile! I started working with kids when I was born lol. I grew up with 4 sisters and have been babysitting here and there since I was probably 11 years old! I got my first nanny job when I was 15. In my spare time, I like to bake, and especially like to find something to keep me busy outdoors! One thing I believe in is leading by example. I think kids learn more from what they see than what they hear. My skills include getting on a child's level, gaining the respect of the child, and communicating with the parents of the strengths and struggles of the day.
