About Grace

I'd describe my personality as optimistic, compassionate, reliable. I like working with kids because I love seeing growth as they find their way through life! The most rewarding feeling for me is watching the kids I work with gain new skills and become stronger individuals! I started working with kids when I was very young, I've been babysitting for family since I was 13. I started coaching when I was 17 and have continued that for the last 4 years. When I was 18 I began my nonprofit work! Since then I have transitioned to working in a special education classroom while going to school for my degree in teaching. In my spare time, I like to decorate cakes! I also love running! One thing you should know about me is I am passionate about youth development and supporting the whole child in all aspects of what they need! Through my education I have gained so much knowledge about how to interact and communicate with youth in an effective way that allows them to feel heard.
