About Grazea

Hi! My name is Zea , I currently work in a preschool and I'm also a Behavior Technician (RBT), which means I have experience supporting children with learning, behavior, and building important life skills. Working with kids every day has taught me how to create a positive, patient, and encouraging environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and excited to learn. My background working in preschool classrooms and using RBT strategies helps me understand different learning styles and how to support each child in a way that works best for them! I focus on patience, encouragement, and creating a space where kids feel proud of themselves.
