I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. Understanding a care recipient's preferences and personal history is important to me. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. I am comfortable providing respite care, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I have some college experience. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
